You can mix and match any of these. If you do not want a username, you can leave it off, or if you ONLY want the username and no bonus sleeve, just select accordingly.
PLEASE INPUT your username into "Special Instructions" on the first page of your cart during checkout, there should be a box.
I CAN NOT edit add-ons once the order is submitted! If for some reason, it does not let you enter a username just make sure what you select & the total is correct then EMAIL ME hello@wanderingreaderdesigns.com with your order # within 24 hours.
If I see someone purchased the username and did not input one, I will email you as soon as I see it, but if no response I will leave it off.

PRINTING DISCLOSURE
All garments are made using sublimation printing - this means the ink is actually IN the garment instead of sitting on top; thus it will not crack, break, or peel but may be susceptible to minor fading when washed. This is NORMAL on the first wash. For BEST product life please hand wash in cold water or on the delicate cycle in cold water & hang/tumble dry - do not bleach.
